Cash Flow Business
THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS
WHAT IS THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS?
The term ‘Cash Flow Business’ is really a catch-all phrase or an umbrella term that gets thrown around and misused quite a bit. Strictly speaking, the cash flow industry is an absolutely enormous, worldwide, secondary financial marketplace that transacts in excess of a trillion dollars per year in business; that’s right…trillion with a ‘T’. What is meant by ’secondary financial marketplace’ is that the majority of those financial transactions are NOT originated or funded using conventional financial institutions because they fall outside of those institution’s normal lending parameters. Instead, they are typically transacted through a myriad of private investors, alternative funding sources, private monetary funds and private investment groups or consortiums.
Many people loosely use the term ‘cash flow business’ to refer specifically to cash flow notes, which, by the way, is another misnomer. The term “cash flow notes” refers primarily to privately financed or seller financed mortgage notes, trust deeds and other real estate secured promissory notes, business promissory notes, and even more loosely to the private sale and purchase of other types of “cash flow” such as structured settlement annuities, lottery winnings, gas & oil royalties, invoice factoring, business to business receivables; basically anything that can be interpreted as an ‘IOU’ can be termed a cash flow note. Even Russ Dalbey’s “Winning in the Cash Flow Business” program seems to get a lot of credit for being THE cash flow business, but as you can see, there’s really a lot more to it than just that.
THE CASH FLOW BUSINESS AND YOU
Within the cash flow industry lies tremendous opportunity for people who are interested in a work at home opportunity or in starting their own home based business. Why? Because that’s where all the the money is! It’s also where all the best opportunities for success are waiting right now.
Conservative estimates place the overall business conducted within the cash flow industry at between $350 billion and $1 trillion per year and increasing each year; $350 BILLION and $1 TRILLION PER YEAR AND INCREASING! It’s an absolutely monster industry and thanks to all the financial turmoil of the last few years, people in the cash flow business now have access to a much, much larger slice of that pie because the banking industry is not currently participating like it used to and probably won’t be for at least the next few years while the financial recovery gains steam. Right now the world is your oyster; it contains priceless pearls of opportunity and you have endless possibilities, but you must be willing to seize them.
